Resources How to Wear With comfort fit sleeve:1. Put foot through comfort fit sleeve to hold brace in place. 2. Pull brace in and align patella opening over kneecap. The ACE Brand logo should be on top of kneecap. 3. Fasten upper, lower and middle straps to desired compression level. Adjust all straps as needed. 4. Without comfort fit sleeve: Do not put foot through comfort fit sleeve.
